Half body / Full body sessions focused on relaxation and restoring the balance of the Autonomic Nervous system. These sessions are supportive for immune health as well as treating stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, digestive issues, high blood pressure, circulatory issues, and conditions associated with stress. Wellness based therapies are geared to support a healthy lifestyle and general wellness.
These sessions include the use of topical applications “aromatherapy”, hydrotherapy treatments such as heat (hot stones) and cryotherapy (ice) depending on your specific needs at no additional cost. It's always included.
*These are NOT deep tissue session.
*These sessions do NOT focus on a specific problem area.

This is your first visit. We will conduct an in-depth intake process, go over your history, learn about your lifestyle, learn about you. This is where we assess your specific wellness goals and work together in formulating your unique treatment plan!

Every massage is a "Deluxe Massage" we don't offer "add-on's" because we include them in our sessions. We give you the best we have to offer with every visit.
The heated table, the hot stones, and the aromatherapy are included.
